- Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Condition of Returned Items: Any jewelry that has been worn or modified cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in unused and unopened condition.
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different one:

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is found, document it with photos and contact us at info@pearlslover.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will process a claim on your behalf.
Refund Process
