Return Guidelines

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

1.  Return: Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the item and should be in its original packaging.
2.  Contact for Return Authorization: Before sending the item back, please contact us via email at info@pearlslover.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
3.  Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4.  No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
5.  Condition of Returned Items: Any jewelry that has been worn or modified cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in unused and unopened condition.
