I wrote an earlier review and need to express an additional comment or two. I was a bit unhappy with the diamond findings on my earrings. Again, the pearls are very fine quality but the .40 ctw findings are a bit smaller and difficult to handle that I asked for help from customer service. Having spent in excess of $500 I felt I needed to get an earring I would wear and like. Well, the response I received was excellent. E-mail after e-mail attempting to solve my problem.
